exterior stucco paint and overhang- No windows, trim or doors
I was satisfied with the overall project. Karin, the company owner, was always at the house twice a day to check on the progress and give advise to the painters. She also listened to any feed back I had from the job performed by her crew and related my concerns to them. (This was a real bonus!)
The only issue I had was that the painters were at times, sloppy and things had to be pointed out to them to fix or go over some sections again. In general they did a pretty good job!
- Approximate cost of services:
- $0.00
- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Spend some time at the end of the working day to clean up and leave things as they were at the beginning of the day (i.e.: cigarette butts on the ground, empty cups, water bottles, paint brushes, garden hose left in the middle of the front yard, etc.)
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- It is advisable to be present during the painting process on a daily basis in order to check that the job is performed satisfactorily and not leave it to the end and then be upset that they might have stepped on your favorite plants or messed up your shingles or your flashing with paint, or that they forgot to paint a section that needed another coat.
