These guys spent 50% of their time at my house trying to upsell me on other services, insisting that everything had to be done right or it was all for naught. When I agreed to let them clean my furnace motor and AC coil, they drilled holes in the side of my furnace and never re-sealed them. At least two of my vent covers were never removed to allow for cleaning. Upon complaining to the manager, he insisted that none of this was important and argued about every point.

as we arrived to the gentlemen house, he had his whole house renovated.
he mentioned the Furnace was running while renovations.
Our certified HVAC technician on the site had a chance to look around the A/C coil and furnace and recommended customer to have it all cleaned at his earliest convenience as it had heavy drywall dust buildup.
the customer asked us to provide him the complete service for a price.as for the holes we agreed to come back and cover them with 1" plastic cap which a technician may have forgotten but customer on the phone said "i have already tapped them, its Fine".
all of the vents that were mentioned in the work-order were cleaned and sanitized. not all of the times a duct cleaner has to open a vent cover and clean it , we have different tools like Air nozzle that passes through the vent cover and reach inside the vent and clean.
(we always try our best to satisfy our customers. If the customer had asked us for any services to be performed again correctly, we are willing to set it as our priority and have it done for them, but there's only so much we can do when a customer is not willing to work with us).
