Im not very happy with the customer serviced i just recieved a few days ago from someone at their calgary office. I used them to move awhile back and was really impressed. Now I am just trying to get them money back from my boxes and they are so rude. Not impressed

I heard about this site form a co-worker and after reading all the reviews chose Careful Movers to carry out my relocation to Edmonton. Right from the get go the General Manager sounded very confident on the phone and promised an in home estimate so we would be able to narrow down the cost and get a feel for who we are dealing with. After meeting with Austin we felt comfortable enough to book our move with him and were pleasantly surprised when the end cost was $200 cheaper than we were quoted. The two guys he sent to do this move (scott and Tyler) were very quick and efficient which was a hard task being so cold out. I have no problems recommending Austin and his crew to anyone looking for a professional moving company.
