I have been taking our computers to Joseph to have them repaired for more than 5 years. It is always the same. He does a brief diagnosis of what the problem is or is likely to be, He confirms that he can fix it and gives me a quote - which is always reasonable. I leave the computer with him and he calls me a day or two later to tell me that it is fixed and ready for pick up. This time it was the driver in my 10+ year old Lenovo all in one desktop. It would not offer a connection to internet networks including my own mesh wifi at my home. So Joseph replaced the driver and the computer is working great again.
