In June 2015, we had a new roof installed by Jason's team and I provided a glowing review for them (see prior review). I'm back, albeit a bit late, but better late than never, with a follow up to that review.
In November, we had noticed water damage on the ceiling of the 2nd floor bathroom fan (the fan was installed by a different contractor, who essentially did a shoddy job). We called Jason who came to look at the damage. He assured us there was nothing wrong with the roof, however, it was the fan that was not installed properly. He noted there had been some shortcuts taken to this installation, leading to condensation not escaping properly, rather it was leaking right back down the (incorrect type of) tubing, causing the ceiling damage (I believe this diagnosis because all the other jobs done in my home by the other shady contractor had all fallen apart throughout the year, so the bathroom fan not being installed properly was no surprise). Anyhow, Jason offered to fix/replace the entire fan unit AT NO COST TO US. He fixed it for free. He didn't have to fix it period, but he did, at no cost to us. You can't really beat that kind of service! Also, while he was in the attic, he noted that the insulation wasn't done correctly. He suggested we contact some insulation specialists to find out what needs to be done, and that he may be able to help us out with the work itself.
I am an extreme perfectionist when it comes to paying for services, and I have never come across someone with the level of commitment to his clients that Jason has. I would recommend him and his team 500%, I wouldn't even bother looking around. He truly cares about his clients, and that you can't beat.
Jason, sorry for this review being so late, but thank you again for your help. You have no idea how much something so simple (to you) meant to us. You have gained us as a client forever, and we will continue to recommend you to our friends and family!! We can't thank you enough!
