An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My experience was great not one problem. PODS caught a mistake in the storage location and called me to get clarification and change location. They were excellent at calling to say they were running behind and update me on pickup/drop off times. Soooo appreciated. Most companies would just let you sit and wait. I found this respectful and professional and will only use PODS in the future because of that. I will always recommend PODS to others.
