Mike and his crew installed a 12 zone sprinkler system at our home. He is extremely professional, reliable and meticulous in planning and installing the system. The work was completed with the highest quality, on time and as estimated. His price was extremely competitive and the work site was left very tidy after each work day. Mike instructed us how to operate the system before he left and ensured us that he would always be available for any further questions or concerns. Exceptional service. Mike and his crew were absolutely professional throughout the installation. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job in the timeframe they gave me. Mike knew I really wanted hanging basket flow heads but I didn't want to pay lots. He was kind enough to just charge me for the parts. After the installation was complete mike walked us around pointing out all the heads and zones. You would never think that a few days prior the yard and garden was dug up. They left the yard and garden looking like it was never touched. Mike also showed us how to work the system and was very patient with me as I wrote everything down. He also showed us what to do for spring and winter maintenance so that we can save money and do it ourself. Thank you Mike and your crew for making gardening more enjoyable. The job was done on time, at a fair price, with excellent service. Exactly what we wanted! Mike the owner of the company, explained the process, the set up, the winterization and spring maintenace programs very clearly before starting. So we knew what to expect. Sprinkler layout was not very well organized. Service is very slow and Mike was not very helpful when I sought his help with regards to sprinkler head coverage issues. He overloaded one zone with too many heads and it took him forever to fix it.

The thougt process around lay out and installation was excellent. The system is working well and is easy to adjust and maintain. I have called once for service and received work the same day. Winter maintenance is excellent and spring start up has been flawless.
