--> he did the job the very next day after providing the quote
--> he was on time for both appointments (for the quote and the work)
--> his work pruning the trees in my yard looks great -- he tidied them up, without taking off more than necessary, and he made sure to cut them back from the power lines
--> he did the full clean up, as promised
--> in the end he charged me LESS than the price we agreed on because he said the job was less work than he anticipated.
