I had a fruit tree in my front yard that was overwhelming my view, blocking what little daylight enters my home and whose branches and leaves clawed at my face and those of anyone coming down my front walk way. Realizing it was high time to stop procrastinating and do something about it or sacrifice hours of my weekend to rake the yard and risk losing an eye in the process, I called Professional Tree Services.

I was thoroughly impressed by Enrique and his team. Throughout the process, he was responsive, proactive and transparent. He came the same day I called him to provide an estimate, arriving exactly when he said he would. He asked me a number of questions to get a deep understanding and appreciation of my needs and concerns and then outlined exactly what he planned to do.

When he was unable to execute the work on the day we had originally scheduled, he reached out to explain why and to reschedule. When it came to the work itself, he and his team arrived on time and worked efficiently. Throughout the pruning, he checked in to make sure I was happy with his progress and when he was finished, it was as if he'd never been there. Every stray branch, twig and leaf that he had removed from my tree had been swept up and carried away. In my opinion, he exhibited a level of care, courtesy and professionalism that has, unfortunately, become all too rare, and it's why I would not hesitate to refer him and to use his services again when the need arises.

He told me at our first meeting that he works to treat every project as if it were one taking place at his own home. It'd be all to easy to dismiss such talk as mere promotion but in this case, it's all completely, wonderfully and refreshingly true.
