Enrique and his helper came on time two days in a row. I have many very tall trees and I was very pleased with their work. They tidied up afterwards and took all the branches and debris away.

Enrique did an excellent job cutting a tree at my back yard for a very reasonable price. He was responsive, punctual, professional and very nice person. I highly recommend him.

Enrique did a great job pruning the apple tree in our front yard. He came by to take a look, gave us his recommendations and an estimate, and did the job just a few days later. Really nice work, the tree looks so much healthier now. He also did a great job cleaning up!

Enrique came the day after his visit to make a quote. He and his team arrived on time and did an efficient and beautiful job removing an old vine from the side of our house. A great job at a very competitive price.

Calling Enrique was as easy as 1 2 3. We wanted to prune our crab apple tree and remove some thorny shrubs for years. We finally called on a Monday and Enrique said he would come over on Tuesday, he gave us an estimate and we excepted and he was able to come the next day. A two man crew was able to remove the hedges that are above a gas main, bell and rogers line. They did it all by hand and were very carful not to affect any of our services. They pruned the tree which was growing into our electrical service line, all this and cleaned up within two hours. For the estimate and work Enrique came at the time he said and did the job as he said he would. The end result is that we wished we had called him sooner. Would definitely recommend this company. I had two medium-size trees that needed pruning. Eduardo was quick to respond, came over promptly to assess, and then completed the task a couple of days later. He was clear about what needed to be done and the price, did an excellent job and clean-up. He was also very pleasant to deal with. I give him top marks.

I have hired Professional Tree Services twice, once in 2018 and then this week, and I have been very happy with the services. Enrique is very professional, and listens to what the client wants, and respects your home. Both times that he trimmed trees and hedges for me, he was careful to not cut back more than I wanted, in order to maintain my privacy from neighbours. I would definitely hire him again!

I had a fruit tree in my front yard that was overwhelming my view, blocking what little daylight enters my home and whose branches and leaves clawed at my face and those of anyone coming down my front walk way. Realizing it was high time to stop procrastinating and do something about it or sacrifice hours of my weekend to rake the yard and risk losing an eye in the process, I called Professional Tree Services.

I was thoroughly impressed by Enrique and his team. Throughout the process, he was responsive, proactive and transparent. He came the same day I called him to provide an estimate, arriving exactly when he said he would. He asked me a number of questions to get a deep understanding and appreciation of my needs and concerns and then outlined exactly what he planned to do.

When he was unable to execute the work on the day we had originally scheduled, he reached out to explain why and to reschedule. When it came to the work itself, he and his team arrived on time and worked efficiently. Throughout the pruning, he checked in to make sure I was happy with his progress and when he was finished, it was as if he'd never been there. Every stray branch, twig and leaf that he had removed from my tree had been swept up and carried away. In my opinion, he exhibited a level of care, courtesy and professionalism that has, unfortunately, become all too rare, and it's why I would not hesitate to refer him and to use his services again when the need arises.

He told me at our first meeting that he works to treat every project as if it were one taking place at his own home. It'd be all to easy to dismiss such talk as mere promotion but in this case, it's all completely, wonderfully and refreshingly true.

We had an excellent experience with Professional Tree Services. A large branch split from the trunk of a tree in our back yard. It would have fallen to the ground, damaging our fence and our neighbour’s shed if it had not become entwined in another tree.
Although it was Sunday morning, Enrique responded immediately, assessed the situation and arranged to remove the branch the next day.
He was professional, efficient, flexible and friendly. The branch was removed and the yard was left in good order.
We were very impressed and would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

We are extremely satisfied with Enrique’s services. He is extremely punctual, he did a great job of making sure he knew which branches we (and the neighbours) wanted to have pruned in our big silver maple tree. He and his team did a great job and then cleaned thoroughly it backyard and the neighbours’. Price was very reasonable too, so we couldn’t we happier.
