I have used this company twice now. The first time was when my beloved 40ft Blue Spruce came down during a storm. Enrique came within hours and helped to get the tree off of the sidewalk & neighbouring property (on a Sunday). This time Enrique & his team pruned my Oak Tree. He is both knowledgeable and professional. They were on time, fast efficient and left my yard in better order than they found it. We hired this company after a recommendation from 3 of our neighbours - they are the "go-to" tree service company on our street. We had a large branch from a tree trimmed off, and tree removed from our back yard. Working with Enrique and Miguel was really easy and beyond expectation. They were responsive to our initial call, coming out the following day to provide a consultation and quote. Just days later they completed the work - respectful of our property, hydro wires and our neighbours. They are professional, responsive, upbeat - all round great guys! We most highly recommend them and will definitely have them do work for us in the future.

Great Service and Work! Very considerate of neighbors and worked quickly. Cleaned much more of the area than would be expected and was very reasonably priced, especially for the level of customer service provided. Would use again and recommend.

Excellent tree service - I have used this company 3 times, and every time Enrique has responded quickly and has come over within a day for an estimate, and the job is completed within days. He is professional, does an excellent job, does not cause any damage to the surroundings, and cleans up well afterwards. He is knowledgeable and provides good advice. He does a fantastic job and I have no problem recommending his services.

Enrique did a great job. He responded to my call right away, and came to see the site the same day. He gave me a quote on the spot which was very reasonable for all the work involved.

I’m so glad that I happened upon Professional Tree Services when looking for help with my tree needs at a Toronto residential rental property that I manage. I had such a positive experience with this company on this project time that I soon used Professional Tree Services a second time at another residential rental property. The owner, Enrique, was always prompt to return my calls, quick to visit the sites and very efficient in providing a quote in a timely manner (I did not experience this when contacting some of the competition). In addition, Enrique’s prices were far better than the competition (I received multiple quotes). Enrique proved himself very knowledgeable in his field; offering really good advice and making suggestions that looked out for my best interests, which in turn looked out for my client’s best interests. Enrique was accommodating in working around my schedule, extremely professional from start to finish, and very considerate with the tenants and neighbours when working on site. Enrique was friendly and genuine, making it a true pleasure dealing with him. I manage several residential rental properties in Toronto where there are many trees that need tending to; I will 100% use this company’s services again as the need arises. We have been using Enrique's tree service for several years. He is our go-to professional when it comes to maintaining the health of several large trees in our yard. He is fast, efficient and his rates are very reasonable. He responds right away and comes within a day to do the work. Most recently we had a large dead trunk and branch removed from our birch tree and pruning of two other trees, and the work was done quickly and neatly cleaned up. Enrique also provided tips for caring for our trees to keep them healthy. We would recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable tree professional.

Enrique was fantastic! A genuine hardworking professional with incredible responsive time to my first phone call. He was very flexible and accommodating for the time to get a free estimate. It was easy to schedule the service. He was on time and worked quickly to get the job done. He even trimmed a little off of my neighbour's tree for free. They did a masterful job and I'm thrilled with the results. He takes great pride in his work and I brings good energy to the job. We all enjoyed plenty of fresh apple juice while they were here. He even cut some small pieces of apple wood for the fireplace. It's supposed to smell the terrific! Can't wait.

I found this company quick in its response to getting back to me, very fair in its costing and on top of that amazing service. They cleaned up after the process like no one was even there! I would recommend this company to anyone anytime you would definitely be happy. And besides that who wants to climb a tree, not me!
