A call was placed late Saturday morning and Alex arrived at the house by 1 pm. He fixed our hot water problem within one hour and carefully reviewed the problem with us. Great service!

We had Richard from CoreTemp come to our home for a consultation, which ultimately led to us replacing our 20 year old dying furnace. Richard was thorough, respectful and responsive to our needs, we had our new furnace installed in less than 1 week. Richard is a clear communicator who wants to ensure understanding of the product and ultimately optimal function of the heating equipment and accessories. All of our questions were answered. Excellent service. So far, we are happy with the product. We highly recommend Richard and his CoreTemp team.

For the record, I never give bad reviews. However, people need to be made aware of this company! I have ordered the a Frigidaire all-in-one refrigerator and all-in-one freezer from the Canadian Appliance Source, TWICE, 18 months apart. Despite the fact that the appliances are poor quality, what's worse is the service we received. With our first fridge/freezer set, we were told our order would arrive in 3-5 days. It arrived 2 weeks later!!! When that set broke-down 18 months later, we gave the company the benefit of the doubt and re-ordered from them a second new fridge/freezer set. HOWEVER, this time, Canadian Appliance made and error and did not document that they removed the old unit. This documentation was required in order for us to receive a 50% rebate from Frigidaire; therefore the company's lack of attention to detail made our rebate invalid. And WORSE, the two women I dealt with on the phone were totally unapologetic, unempathetic and antagonistic to my situation, verging on rude (even though I was being nice, cooperative and non-confrontational!!) - I find it so surprising and absolutely unbelievable that someone would speak to a customer in such a manner!! I will NEVER deal with this company again, and highly recommend you don't either!

We hired this company after a recommendation from 3 of our neighbours - they are the "go-to" tree service company on our street. We had a large branch from a tree trimmed off, and tree removed from our back yard. Working with Enrique and Miguel was really easy and beyond expectation. They were responsive to our initial call, coming out the following day to provide a consultation and quote. Just days later they completed the work - respectful of our property, hydro wires and our neighbours. They are professional, responsive, upbeat - all round great guys! We most highly recommend them and will definitely have them do work for us in the future.
