We had Richard from CoreTemp come to our home for a consultation, which ultimately led to us replacing our 20 year old dying furnace. Richard was thorough, respectful and responsive to our needs, we had our new furnace installed in less than 1 week. Richard is a clear communicator who wants to ensure understanding of the product and ultimately optimal function of the heating equipment and accessories. All of our questions were answered.
