My worse fear has materialized. Everything could go wrong had gone wrong. Started with they sent a smaller truck despite the fact I called numerous times asking for a 28' or larger. We ended up getting a second truck in the evening - wasted so much time. Movers took 9 hours to load, estimate was 3 max, and that was with LOTS of help from us 3. Movers did not remove shoes even asked and reminded, no blankets to protect floors, took movers 20 minutes to tape one item in -14C, tapes dont stick in cold temp,duh, hello? Why not doing it inside? These are NOT professional movers as they claimed. One of 2 movers was a off-street-loaner, he told me he does not work for the company, he is doing it for extra cash. I mentioned to Stan he was totally in denial. Everything moved and placed in their storage 6 hours later. The move from storage to new address was also a joke. Truck was unloaded but about 1/2 truck load of items were missing. I had to help identify my stuff in storage. Many items broken including my LCD TV, lamps, table, vases. Bottom line is NEVER Go Back to this company. BTW... they are thinking to change their name to Canada Moving. Please, please take this review seriously.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. These are the most despicable people you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with. They did not show up on the date booked. When the drivers actually did show up they made us sign a contract with a blank inventory list before they would even begin and then never filled it in, took over 10 hours to load. Then did not have enough room on their truck for all our belongings which we communicated to the office beforr they even began as it was clear to anyone their truck was already full when they arrived. Once our belongings were on the truck they tried to extort more money from us and we had to call the police. It got even worse after that but I have no more room.

Movers showed up a couple of days late, after some repeated phoning, late afternoon of a SUNDAY...they could not find the address....had to go to a city landmark and literally guide them to the house. THen one of them shoved a contract under my nose demanding I sign it without reading the fine print which I sought to review as quickly as I could...it seemed to waive all responsibility by ME to let them deliver or not, when they liked, etc. I signed and put a qualifier behind my scrawl of 'in as is' condition at time of pickup.....they decided it was a 'contract alteration', ranted at me for contract modification, and walked out...refused to either refund or set a firm date till late into next month when of course I'd have to lose my personal ticket for the travel to B.C. otherwise and rebook plus the extra inconvenience of somehow staying on after I was to have moved for most of next month, etc.
WORST experience possible....irresponsible staff who know nothing re proper contract or FULL DISCLOSURE Of terms and conditions involved, only try to pressure all into their 'legal document' as if GOD made such rather than their legal rep. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE IS MY BEST ADVICE!

Movers showed up over a week late, after no one informing me of a delay. I had serveral people tell me they would call me back and they did not. I was offered solutions of storing my stuff with the new tenants or bringing my stuff to a city over 6 hours away for earlier pick up. The day before they delivered my items I was informed at 8pm that there would be a 250.00 shuttle fee because the truck couldn't make it to my house. Horrible delivery with absolutely no help on set up, I was given an email to file my numorous complaints and have not heard from anyone. Stay away from this company. I am filing with the Better Business Burea.

Worst Experience I have ever had in customer service. It was great right up until I paid deposit. They booked for a specific day and it all looked to be going well. At least until they failed to show up on the designated day (No Notification). I had to phone them to learn that truck was delayed (okay...). They made zero effort to even provide an accurate new pickup date. When I inquired the second time is when it got back. I was swore at by their staff, I was hung up on several times, and when I could get through I was quite immediately told they would phone back and hung up on which never happened. I asked to speak to manager and same person kept coming back with exact same scripted words.

All in all, not only did they not show up. They failed to communicate whatsoever, and made it abundantly clear that the customer service to non-business customers was not priority (If you think I am exaggerating, this was word for word from one of their associates!). They were abusive, rude, horrid timelines in their changing of policies. When they failed to return deposit I disputed charges with VISA and also submitting request into Better Business Bureau for these backend transactions.

This was the worse moving experience ever. Not only they showed up one hour and a half late, they also were extremely aggressive towards me and my friend (another girl). They were slow and clumsy, broke our dining table and a mirror. They charged us way more than we had agreed with a guy called Danny. PLEASE DON’T EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, You’ll get the worse client service, they will insult you and take money from you. They have no respect for women, and are careless with your furniture.

This company was recommended to me by a friend... sadly it was the worst move ever. I spoke with David who assured me that there would be no extra charges, that I would be charged $70 per hour for 3 guys and a truck and 1 hour travel time. No problem... or so I thought. I confirmed the 1pm arrival time 2 days before and again David assured me that yes - 3 guys, 1 truck, 1pm arrival time and yes I would be out of my place before 5pm.

Day of the move arrives. So does 1pm and no movers. I called David at 1:20 and he answered the phone. Said he would call the truck and get right back to me. He didn't. Called again 20 minutes later and he didn't answer. Called from another phone and David answered and told me not to worry that the movers were on their way and he would call me right back. At this point we didn't believe that they coming so we started calling around to see if we could get anyone last minute. Being the 1st of the month no one was free. We ended up getting a uhaul and my awesome neighborus and another friend to help us. It was a mad panic but we ended up getting a lot done. In between I had my two friends calling the movers to try and figure out what was happening. They told us at 3pm they were less then 10kms away. They showed up at 5:20 and there were only 2 guys not the 3 I was promised.

By that time - being 4.5 hours late we had everything moved from the basement and upstairs on to the first floor or the front lawn. All the boxes and about 1/3 of the furniture from a 980sqft home had already been moved so there wasn't really a lot left.

They started arguing with me about a deposit - the had a 4 hour minimum, plus travel time - but since they were nice guys they wouldn't charge me the $1 per stair per guy fee that they normally charge (David never mentioned this!!!!). Since only 2 guys showed they wanted $300, $50 per hour x4 hour minimum, plus travel x1 hour plus HST PLUS?????? they couldn't explain the $300 and wouldn't speak to me. They ended up calling David and got him - surprise surprise and I spoke with him and then they changed their tune - they now wanted on the $280.

They were the worst movers - couldn't pack the truck properly - had issues fitting in what was left of the contents. And took 2 hours to do it.

They finally got packed up and followed me to the new place - didn't have the address on file. When they arrived they couldn't back the truck up into my driveway because they couldn't drive... started backing up over my new shrubs and finally had to park on the street and unpack from there. They were horrible.

In the end I was 1.5 hours later then I was supposed to be getting out of the house. I was HUGELY lucky that the people moving in were understanding.

I would NEVER use this company again. You can't get a hold of someone when you need them. They mislead and misrepresented through out the day about were they were and went they were going to arrive. They were horrible at packing the truck, and just as bad at unpacking it. It took them 3 hours in total to finish what we didn't do in the uhaul. Not once did anyone apologize for the stress they had caused.

Please do not use this company. If you hear of friends using them - encourage them to read the negative reviews and use a more reputable company.

This company is a RIP OFF!!!
We were promised $50 an hour plus 1 hour of travel time for 2 movers. We had two pick up locations - and were also promised that there would be no extra charge for that.

Movers showed up, move took exactly 4 hours. We were asked for a $500 deposit from the beginning which we provided - silly us.
We were charged for 5 full hours of moving, TWO hours travel, an extra $40 for the stop, and $40 for a dispatch fee. When I booked with David he PROMISED no extra fees on top of the hourly rate and 1 extra hour.

The owner's refused to deal with the problem and will not answer his phone now. Also, the bill that was written to us had a DIFFERENT company name.

Do yourself a favour and hire real professionals - it will cost the same, and the movers won't be as rude as these ones.

what a ripoff if you use this company make sure you get all their hidden costs up front a 250 dollar move doubled because of their hidden fees buyer beware

Be careful with company, I had move last year March 2010, this company is big time scam, don't trust them at all. All the good review u see look like its created by them.
