The person answering the calls and who took the order was exceptionally RUDE and not helpful at all. They overcharged for the delivery of the cement and the amount invoiced was way over and above the quoted price. They also took a deposit, which was never refunded. Awful customer service - the lady, named Tammy I believe literally just ignored our phone calls and hung up on me when trying to get clarification around the charges and conveying our concerns. Terrible way to be treated after paying thousands for order that wasn't even accurate. Just took our money and blocked us.
