Excellent service. It's been a long time since myself or anyone I know had someone say "we will be there tomorrow" and actually show up. DrainCity Plumbers did. Jason the salesman was on time for the pre and post inspections and the crew were there when they were supposed to be or earlier. Also, the job was done right the first time. I'm not easy to impress so want to give credit where it's due and that's certainly the case here.

I would like to let you know how much my husband and I appreciated the stellar service we got from your company and employees yesterday. We had a very stressful situation with a basement flood and between insurance and contractors, we were at wit's end. When we contacted you about our sump pump issue, we cannot say enough about how much you guys helped us. There were no questions, no conflicts about whether or not this or that was really covered. Dmitry fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and left us feeling so much better about the situation as a whole. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciated your company's treatment and dealings with us during this time. Tree root entered into the sewage pipe causing blockage.
Bob and and his crew did a good job to solve this problem by
replacing the whole sewage pipe system and at the same time install the BWV. Very professional and efficient. Igor is one of the young worker who shows his dedication to the job. I do recommend who needs this service call Bob first.
The last but not least their price is very competitive.

Installed a back flow preventor with DrainCity. I am very happy with the job they did at my home. They did the permit for us, handled the inspection process and then finished everything on time. Great job guys!

Used this company for water proofing after having a major leak in our basement. They came dug up the soil and put the membrane and blue skin. After they had completed the job we have had 0 incidents with leakage and commend Drain City on a job well done!!

DrainCity Plumbers fixed drain leaks on two of our toilets which we had been struggling to deal with for a while. They were very professional about their work and got the job done in minimum amount of time. We would recommend their services to anyone who may be having issues with their toilet system.

I had some seriously bad problems with plumbing in my house due to our pool that we thought was fully functional when we bought the house. We had severe water and plumbing issues. Draincity was timely and effective in resolving all the issues. Now the kids are loving the pool. These guys are professional and some of the best in the industry. Highly recommended.
