Another day another plumbing issue. I can not thank Stefano and Marco enough. They are friendly, reasonable, and extremely efficient! After trying to resolve a clogged drain myself I had to call in reinforcements. Marco came the same day, walked me through what he was doing, and went above and beyond to ensure the space was left clean afterward. I got to witness the swirl of the water draining for the first time since we moved in, and what a beautiful sight that was!

I have dealt with many plumbers in the past and have always had concerns whether it be due to price or the overall interaction but every instance with SRK has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

At first Stefano was great, very responsive. But after installing the wrong plumbing fitting (dishwasher wye instead of a washing machine wye), he left for vacation and couldn't send anyone else to rectify the deficiency. He finally scheduled a visit for two weeks later, then cancelled due to a delay in his return flight from vacation, which I completely understand, however, i haven't heard from him in over 2 weeks and had to hire someone else to fix his mistake. I respectfully requested a partial refund but still haven't heard from him after another week. Meanwhile, he knew that we couldn't use the washer due to his deficiency, but still no response/empathy. Very disappointed.

Contacted Stefano as our sump pump had stopped working. It is important as we live in an area with a high-water table and on septic systems. Not only was Stefano willing to replace the sump pump he understood the need to get it done as quickly as possible. Within two days he came and replaced the pump. It worked better than the older model. He was great - communicated all the options, was extremely polite and made quick work of the replacement. Will definitely use Stefano again.

SRK really deserved 5 starts. I contacted Steffano, told him about the troble that I was having with water pressure. He showed up at the same day to diagnosis the problem, end up being my water softener unit. He hook me up with an awesome deal on a new unit, picked up the new one, swap them and also get rid of the old one. Clean and quickly he solved my problem.

Stefano was able to completely take out and replace the plumbing done in my basement prior to owning my house.

Our water pressure was extremely low and we continously had water back ups and sewage smells in our basement. Upon inspection he found that several of the connections had broken off and needed replacing.

Our basement was partially finished and we ultimately decided to increase the size of our washroom and have a full laundry room. Stefano took care of all the plumbing and recommended amazing vendors for all pf the other trades to make the process way easier than expected.

I've never had a better experience with a trade, and not only is Stefano a true professional, he is extremely down to earth and explains things in a way that make sense to people not well versed in plumbing.

I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us and was genuine about exactly what we needed to ensure we never had any issues in the future.

Stefano and his team are very knowledgeable and experienced. They were able to identify all plumbing deficiencies throughout our new home and rectify any issues promptly. My main vertical drain pipe cracked. Stefano provided the initial quote by email based on the photos I sent. After additional details on type of the crack were discovered he asked to come and take a look to make sure nothing is missed. The inspection was free, the explanation of the fix was straight forward, the quote did not change, and the work was done that afternoon. It was a no fuss experience.
