I don't write very many reviews, but I had to share the great experience I had with John from JCJ Mechanical. He was so professional and polite despite my obnoxious labrador barking at him the entire time. He quickly identified the problem with our unit and fixed it within 45 minutes. He even spent 15 minutes cleaning our filter which was very clogged. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing help with the ac units.

winter of 2012 we called jcj mechanical to come and diagnose the problem with our funrnace. It wasnt blowing warm air and our home was getting really cold. John was on time and it took him about half hour to tell me what the problem was. It turned out we had the wrong filter in the unit so the unit was over heating. problem was solved withing less than one hour. We will call next time we have a problem.

I was able to get a same day appointment with jcj mechanical to check out home heater problem. John is a conscientious and extremely thorough technician who actually cares about doing a good job. He spent over four hours trying everything to diagnose my problem, explaining everything as best he could to me along the way. He eventually got it fixed, and at a reasonable price. You get the sense that his first priority is doing a good job, as opposed to other companies where making money is the primary goal. Would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will call them again right away if any more problems arise.

One has real difficulty when one's husband is a "handy guy" and something breaks in the house "handy guy" is not able to fix. When it does break, it is imperative the repair person does an excellent job and knows what they are doing. Watch out! "Handy guy" will easily call their bluff.

Thankfully, we had an excellent experience with John and his team. The pipe behind the air conditoner broke in the wall and had to be dug out to repair. My husband, ever the "handy guy," worked with the repair man to diagnose and fix the problem.

I called JCJ mechanical from there add in the sun. I was inquiring about a new a/c system as mine had quit. John suggested he send a service man around as the problem seemed simple to him. His serviceman Edward showed up on time which was nice. Edward said the problem could be fixed for about $200. I thought this was great as I was calling for a new system. Because of their honesty and fantastic pricing I decided to go with a new system anyway. John came out made a couple of suggestions on the install and gave me a great deal. The installation crew showed up the next day on time and with all the proper equipment and material. They did a fantastic job. Very neat and clean. They used drop sheets everywhere and cleaned up nicely when the job was done. All in all very nice to deal with and very professional. I would highly reccomend giving John and his team a chance you won't regret it.
