Atomic Air was quick to respond to my inquiry about a new gas boiler and to visit my home and provide recommendations. Matt was very clear when he answered my questions and to communicate to me the reasons for his recommendations. Installation took longer than expected, which can often arise in an old home, but it was done with no complaints and in an extremely professional manner. I am looking forward to substantial gas savings this winter. I highly recommend Atomic Air.

Recently I was looking to replace my aging hot water tank, which was doing double duty as the heating system in my condo. I had gotten recommendations about Atomic Air from my neighbours, so I gave them a try.

Mat hauled away the old tank and put in a new tankless combi boiler. The new install is super clean, and a lot of the dangling cables and sloppy elements from the old system have been removed. It's reclaimed a ton of space in my utility closet, which was basically unusable before. And of course the new system works well.

Besides that, Mat is courteous, gave me accurate estimates, and was fairly responsive (over SMS more so than email). The only downside was that scheduling was a bit tough, since Mat had to respond to some emergency calls. But it's not surprising considering this is peak season for heating breakdowns.

I was looking to add a cold climate Heat Pump to my Furnace for a Hybrid installation. Matt at Atomic Air was very knowledgeable about how the systems would work together and what to expect during and after the installation. He is also able to answer any questions you have about the Greener Home grant! Overall the work was fantastic. I had an oversized furnace and some messy existing duct work which Matt and team cleaned up nicely while also doing the little things which make the job clean. More than happy to recommend Atomic Air.

We had to replace our old furnace and decided to go with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and smaller furnace combo ...we chose Atomic on the recommendation of a family member...so glad we did. They were very knowledgeable about the type of equipment we were interested in and helped us make the best choice. The installation was quick, clean and very professional. We also decided to replace our water heat with a very efficient heat pump unit. All of the new equipment was eligible for the government rebates and Atomic helped with that as well.
