We were most impressed with the service and workmanship of our crew and office contact - Richard. Richard was always available to talk and answer any questions and was prompt and efficient. The crew did an awesome job, worked hard every minute and kept the worksite clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the results of our roof replacement including new skylights and roof vents.

Richard and Pacific Shores came to my rescue after a windstorm damaged a portion of my old roof. When I asked Pacific Shores roofing for a quote for a new roof on my old farmhouse the price was indeed very generous.

From a safety point of view, Richard was very wary of our pet goat “Max” (a relic from the Vancouver Children’s Petting Zoo) but when the team showed up to start the work they began to realize how much fun it was to spot the goat when Max would run by or make an appearance. Max runs freely on the property and has gained local fame in the area.

Seriously though, the quality and finer details of the job were completed with great knowledge and care. Richard made sure the job was done quickly and efficiently, cleaning up all leftover debris from the job. We were especially grateful for the added touch of putting a new roof on the little barn for Max. He tells me he is most pleased.

My 5 bedroom house suffered extreme tree-fall damage during a windstorm. The entire roof had to be removed, reframed and replaced. Richard at Pacific Shores Roofing showed an enormous amount of professionalism and patience as it took me 18 months of changes to both the roofing design and material before the job was actually started. After months and months of changes and delays, Richard and crew got the roof installed in 48 hrs. Amazing. It looks great! the best looking house on the street!

We had an old aluminum shingle roof on our home. Called Pacific Shores and they responded quickly, did a report with pictures of what condition the roof was in. They stripped the aluminum shingles as well as the layer of asphalt shingles underneath. Laid down all new plywood over the old strapping. Also replaced the facia boards for me. Crew was very professional and caring. Clean up after work was completed was very thorough.
Overall extremely pleased with workmanship and final product. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend them.

We are very happy with the work done and the added side job the men performed. They were both polite and courteous. They worked the first day in unbearable heat and I admired their tenacity to get the work accomplished. Their clean up was exemplary. I found the company easy to work with. They responded quickly with answers to my many questions and thoroughly explained my options about venting. When it came time for the actual work the crew pulled out all stops to get the job finished in two days during a sunny spell. I am so happy to have a new roof.

We needed a replacement on the flat part of our roof and to repair a leaky corner. Jeremy recommended a new torchon covering and suggested adding a slight slope in three directions to allow it to drain properly. It was completed in four plus days. Workmanship was excellent. Within a week of completion, we had a heavy shower to test out the new sloping roof. It drained perfectly. Thanks Jeremy for a job well done.

Excellent service! Price was reasonable and workmanship was exceptional! I would definitely hire Jeremy and his crew again if I need any roofing work done. Work done was re-route two bathroom fan exhausts to vent directly out the top of the roof rather than from the side of the house (exhaust was rising through the soffits causing some condensation in the attic). Gutter drain rails were also added to take water drainage away from the house.
