Had our house reroofed with GNH in 2009. Good job and referred them. Although the referred person used our name as a referral we did not receive the promised $100 referal incentive.
Job was good though.
Wanting to reroof another and emailed and was told someone would contact. The email sent from GNH was not particulary nice or professional. A week later we still have no contact. 2 others have come and given estimates.
I agree with the comment that they are now too big.
Cutomer response: yes, I said 'job was good', as was customer service in 2009. I have requested in 2013, but no longer require from this company.

If you would like to email me directly and let me know who it was you referred, I will take a look at their contract and see if they listed you as a referral, if it was not written down on their contract, we would not have had any way to know about the referral in the office. Regardless, I will of course still honor the referral bonus and send you your cheque. We do try to get back to our clients within 24 hours, so I apologize for the delay. Yes, we have grown over the years, every successful company should. It is a sure sign that we will be around for many many years to come, we are not a fly by night company. We have hired more support staff to help accommodate this growth, so we are trying very hard to keep up with the demand.
