I'm very happy to hear that you received professional service from our sales guy and that you are happy with the quality of work that you hired us to do (shingle and insulation). I am also very glad to hear that we were very responsive in trying to fix our mistake. I apologize that it was not fixed to your satisfaction, we are not interiors specialists, so normally if we ever need interior work done, we will hire a trusted contractor to complete the work. This crack you are talking about was very small, so my insulation guy took it up on himself to fix it immediately for you himself, instead of waiting for another contractor to do so.
As for the roof, it sounds like there was some miscommunication, and for that I apologize. We have not had any crews quit, so I'm not sure where that information came from. A couple of our crew bosses did have babies last year, and took some time off to help with their new family, so maybe that is where the wires crossed, but I can assure you our crews have been with us for many many years.
As for the lawn sign bonus, those cheques are mailed out 2 months after the job has been paid for in full, provided the information is on the contract, so that the office knows to issue the cheques. The name that the cheque is made out to, is the name that is on the contract.
I totally agree with you that Customer Service is half the job, actually, I think it is more than half of the job, which is why I really do appreciate your review and giving me the opportunity to address your issues. Kevin, thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We always let our clients know exactly what we will be doing, what materials we will be using, and what their quote includes. Also, since we have done so many roofs in this city, chances are we have done a roof within 5 - 10 minutes of most houses, so we are always happy to show anyone a list of roofs in their neighborhood that we have done so they can have an easier time picking colors, etc.
