The initial step of the process (estimate, communication) was great.) The roof looked wonderful; however, upon closer inspection it was clear the quality was not there. I agree with a previous review that this may be due to the company becoming larger.

My overall experience was not great and will not receommend to others. Very disappointed.

Keith and his staff are very professional and did an outstanding job. The process was explained clearly and I appreciated the level of communication from Guns N Hoses so we were always aware of what was happening either before installation or during. Polite staff and they did a fantastic job keeping the site clean. We have not found one nail in our yard.

I would highly recommend Guns N Hoses roofing. They did a great job on the roof, extremely professional, their rates are very competitve and fair. Keith was very easy to deal with and thoroughly explained all that is involved in the roofing process. They stand behind their product and workmanship 100%.

The roofing repair was great. The way some individuals do business is questionable. Not a reflection of the company as a whole. In the future I suggest providing a quote before doing repairs so there are no surprises!

I trusted Guns N Hoses roofing for doing a professional high quality work but they damaged my eavetroughs and provided low quality workmanship. They admitted that a better job should have been done from the get go. After many follow ups and reminders, they replaced the heavily damaged eavetrough and promised to address the damages in the facia and sharp corner when weather permits. I am still convinced that their quality is negatively affected due to the volume increase in their business. I improved my review after they replaced the eavetrough which they damaged and I may also change it in case they keep their promise by repairing the facia and corners which they damaged and clear the deficiencies in their work.

Keith was wonderful to deal with. His videos of our roof before and after the project were completed were so helpful. It was really nice to be able to see the work his crew had done without having to climb up on our roof!
The crew called to warn us they were coming and finished the job very quickly. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too.

We had a house with untreated pine shakes in the south east Calgary. We decided to renew the roof before problems started as we knew they would. Saw Guns & Hoses in the neighborhood before and decided to contact them. Very happy with the the people and the final results with no surprises.

Kieth with Guns and Hoses was very helpful in helping us choose our roof, gave us local references,was timely and efficient on the installation and left the site with no clean up required from us.

We had our cedar shingles replaced with asphalt shingles. We were pleased with the service, and the results. He's very personable and does follow up. Also has incentives with his work!
