Pat and Peter T came out to do a clean-out of our 2 dryer vents. One was an easy job, however the vent louvre on the other was in a very high and difficult to access location on the side of the house. Fortunately they had no problems because it required some cleaning out and readjustment as lint was beginning to be prevented from escaping. They showed everything to me with pictures (as well as a possible unrelated roof issue I might have) and were very helpful in explaining what was done and how to fix it. Great work, fair price, great service.
