Kevin and Chris arrived ½ hour before the appointment time, and began to set-up for the service. In the past, duct cleaners would simply run a small vacuum hose from their truck (with those giant fingers protruding from the top) and suck dust from the various vents in the house – over and done in less than an hour. Not Advanpro - Kevin cut a hole in the hot air duct just above the furnace, attached a gigantic eight inch diameter vacuum hose from the back of their cube van, then proceeded to such dirt back into the furnace, and out to their truck. Meanwhile, Chris went around the house, removing grills, and blowing out the ducts with compressed air. The job took almost two hours. They were thorough, careful, and cleaned our furnace ducts like no one had ever done in the past. Thank you
