Vanguard Caulking

Before I found Vanguard I called a couple of other companies referred by my neighbour. But neither of these other companies returned my calls and they ignored my emails sent through their own website forms. I was about to give up but thanks to Google I found Vanguard and got in touch with Rimas right away. Actually I did everything by text message with Rimas. It was very easy to negotiate and set up the appointment. The price was around what I expected because my neighbour did their house last year. On the day of the work, Vanguard started exactly on time. The work they did looks very professional to me. They first removed all of the old caulking including the very bad caulking I tried to do myself around my sliding door. They used properly matching caulking colors as needed. Originally I told Rimas I had two broken vent covers but he actually replaced 3 of them and didn't charge me anything extra for it. He even applied caulking around areas like the cables/piping to my air con. At the end of the job, they cleaned up all the old caulking pieces they removed and Rimas walked me all around the house explaining to me everything they did, and even identifying problems they noticed such as foggy windows. Overall, an easy experience for me and a complete end-to-end job done well.
