i have been a customer for 20 years and out of lack of professionalism and communication they killed my grass. disregarded my chinch bug issue and didn’t stand behind their customer service as they claim they do. they just let my grass die without doing anything on their visits. didn’t even let me know what was happening. visit after visit, grass was getting worse, ignored my calls and was dismissed as drought. grass died and then they wanted me to pay for new grass. so instead of helping me, they walked away and refunded my annual fee and left me with no grass or lawn care... not cool! alan is a scatter brain doesn’t write anything down and can’t remember a conversation. look elsewhere for lawn care, these guys are too comfortable with the city’s contracts to care about your lawn. dave, the owner, wouldn’t even speak to me. with this guidance, it will be no time at all before his son jeff, will run grandpa ron’s legacy into the ground. this is how they treat a customer of 20 years. what loyalty. who fires a client anyways? ridiculous company! staff is abysmal and the service is mediocre at best.
