The initial Quote through Jay was meticulous and he listened to my request to pause the door install to allow me to do some related work. This was done and the final measurement guy showed up and verified what was needed. The windows arrived and I had several days notice to get things cleared up. The installers were outstanding. They were very friendly and worked well together. I felt bad sitting on my hands but appreciated their need to do everything their way. At every stage the progress was pointed out explained and they cleaned up as they went. I gave the installers 11 out of 10 for their excellent service. Exceptional professional tradesmen. The windows are superb, so much warmer than before. Thanks Adam, Jay and Dave + Crew.
