BT Pools

Great working with Bryan. I live in Oakville but decided to go with BT Pools out of Hamilton because their pricing was much more reasonable plus they do minor repairs at no additional charge. His team was clean and efficient. Glad I used them. I'll be calling him for future pool necessities.

Bryan not only replaced our liner but also repaired concrete others had messed up at no additional charge. Went out of his way!! Would definitely reccomend Bryan and his team to do maintenance and repairs!!!

Had pool issues after hours on a weekend. After phoning multiple pool service companies Brian from BT Pools was the only one to answer my call. He was able to solve my problem over the phone in a very professional manner. Would definitely recommend BT Pools!

Bryan didn’t return calls. Damaged new concrete, and never repaired it. Didn’t honour warranty. Unprofessionally put down his young employees, but wouldn’t take responsibility for his mistakes. Bryan was quick to collect the money, but not to do the work.

I had an amazing experience. I am a new home owner and a new pool owner, and Bryan made this adventure a memorable one. When first buying the house, Bryan came to meet us (before putting the offer in) since he put the liner in. He told us all about the pool, pump, age, and what to expect with owning a pool. He was very honest and gave us all the information we needed to make the choice to go through with the purchase. Once the summer hit (which we wish came sooner), we called Bryan again to open our pool. His crew did an amazing job and set everything up for us. The only things left for us to do was the weekly maintenance, and filling up the pool. The guys were very knowledgeable and owned a pool themselves, so they were able to teach me little tricks on how to maintain a clean pool (the one guy was Parker, and I forget the other name). They also shocked the pool and made sure the chlorine levels were all good for our first swim.
Like I said, amazing experience, amazing people, great company. I will for sure be using them every year to open and close my pool, and any issues that may arise (hopefully there isn't any).

Hired BT pools to replace my liner and install a new pool pump. They showed up on time, stayed within the quoted amount, was very friendly, and did a perfect job. Can't ask for anything more, thanks again Brian.

We had our pool liner and equipment replaced. He did a great job hanging the liner; however, he pays very little attention to details. Once the details were brought to his attention, he apologized and completed the task. In my opinion, when one is hired to do a job, they are the professional and SHOULD know what needs to be done to the standard that was accepted by both parties. Knowlegeable individual but needs close supervision and extra energy. In the end, I was happy.
