worst builder, cheap material, dont fix anything, slow email response, so many problems with my home when purchased with them. Stay away from them

Moved into the home. Had lots of issues. I hired a private inspector. He pointed out 110 different faults. They have not fixed majority of them. Stucco has started coming off, switches outside my home don't work, proper insulation is missing in my attic and list goes on... Their supervisor responds after 2 months and is of very little help.

We bought our house in Hamilton through George Sinclair builders. We heard that they are small but very old builder, but we don’t know that they are cheap as well. We would like to move in November but they insist to move in September. The day we moved found that paint job is not yet done. No mirror in the washroom, no toilet & towel holder in any washroom, cheap acrylic used in washroom. When we ask the supervisor, he told us the builder advised him to use cheapest material. They also change house design without our consent even though we paid extra for upgrade.
Both of our neighbor have the same issue and this builder is not even responding to any of our complain neither taking care of PDI issues. George Sinclair builders are rich and don’t care about salaried based people like us but we are going to sue them and halt their upcoming project unless they take care of our house. We believe on our justice system and hopefully they will find the right solution.

Opened up a heat register today and found it full of filth will post pictures . We were told the ducts were cleaned before we moved in, they are horrendous.

I bought my house last month from george sinclair.House was being as a model home.When i moved in lot a work needs to be done.Informed site supervisor personally and through email about the work.But there response is very slow.I am unhappy with there service.

We have been very very happy with this house and the builder. So much so that we want to purchase in their new area. Very prompt at fixing things and really there were very few things to fix.

The house was build on time and satisfied our expectations; I would recommend to anyone interested in a new house; the builder was responsive to our needs and very smalls problems were fixed right away.
