Hired him to paint the main rooms of the house and they were painted, but in a sloppy manner. You can see drip marks in various places of the houses and a couple white spots here and there.
The cash payment was an incentive for him to varnish the floors of the house, but he only put a very thin layer as they floors show every single scratch and there's even places where you can see the floors weren't touched.
I had used him before for some other work and was happy, but this time he just showed slopiness.
