The job started on time. Supplies delivered a week before the job started. I had to remind and follow them with the cleanup from day 1. They told me a major cleanup at the end. Each day after they left i found more garbage they missed. They left their lunch scraps on the ground. My dog could have got sick from this or cut her feet on the pieces of steel left on the ground. Some were too big to miss. They promised to come at 7:00a.m. on a Saturday ; the crew pulled in at 8:30 a.m and the foreman rolled in at 9:00 a.m. with his girlfriend. At 1:00 p.m. they ran out of shingles. The foreman said he would be there Sunday morning at 9:00 to some work. At 10:00 a.m. no sign of him. I left a note expressing unhappy with not cleaning up grabage well and being late. Alesh apologized for the miscalculation of the shingles. On the south side of the garage shingles were laid on roof. A strong rain and wind blew them down. Alesh inspected the finished job and seemed happy. I had a question about the garage chimney not looking pleasing.
To this day i am still picking up pieces of steel, screws nail and garbage. Please tell your crew clean as they go. This disappointed me. I expected better than that from professional installers.
I DO NOT KNOW IF I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CREW AS THEY NEEDED CONSTANT REMINDING ON CLEANUP AND BEING ON TIME. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!! APPRECIATED THE DISCOUNT THOUGH.

Clean up at the end of each day and at project completion is a priority for us and the expectation is communicated very clearly to our installation crews. You did make us aware of your concerns during the installation and this information was dealt with accordingly with our crew. Our Project Manager did communicate the concerns to our crew and our Roofing Consultant made an on-site visit as well. Our installation crews do not have set start and end times as this varies by crew as well as external factors like local by-laws and travel times. This crew was travelling from out of town each day to complete this installation and this did have an effect on their start and end times. Crews are not required to work over the weekend but some do choose to in order to complete jobs as soon as possible, as in this case. We are unsure of the discount you’re referring to but should you have any questions about this, our Accounting department would be happy to help during office hours.
