We feel in love and bought a 22year old house and needed a home inspection done as well as a pre-home inspection on our exisitng home just for piece of mind. Looking up [company name removed--Ed] with a base rate of $488 just for a single inspection just wasn't reasonable. We found Adam through our realtor and he was exceptional! We get all the same information in a binder and walk through that we would get at half the price!
