Rescue Rooter

I called to get a quote and the next thing the technician is at my door which was great but the trick is he didn’t come for a quote. He actually came to charge me biiiiig money for a 10 min job. He started by changing a small thing without asking and the next thing I owe him big money or else I need to shut off the main water . The worse thing than that is that after he left I still had the same problem. Eventually , the issue was just a small bolt change which cost me a fortune that I could have avoided if he did his job right and figured out what the issue is before just charging me money for nothing.

Worst experience ever just a money grabber.

Came when he said he would. Cut out the roots blocking the drain pipe. Left the area cleaner then when he arrived. Polite professional and competent. Easy to deal with did what they said they would when they said they would.

We called roto rooter when the washing machine faucet snapped off. We were unhooking it to get ready for our new machine. We had water pouring into the basement. The only name i knew off hand was to yell to my wife to call 411 and get [competitor name removed--Ed]. She called them and they were so busy they actaully called Rescue Rooter for us. Rescue Rooter came out within the hour to put on a new faucet for us so that our delivery could be hooked up in the morning. Luckily i figured out where the shut off valve was before they got there so our whole basement wasnt flooded. This is also a thanks to last name removed-- Ed] for helping us out as well. If they had nooone to come and didnt call Rescue Rooter I wouldnt have known who else to call at the hour of the night we called.
