Shais Gardens

We had contacted Shais gardens in the late summer to come and do a fall cleanup. We were told that he would come. Fall came and went and after several phone calls and emails, I finally received a response saying that he would come by when the snow melted. When the snow did finally melt several times over the winter, still no service. At this point, I am very frustrated, because I would have contracted someone else to do the cleanup in the fall if I had known he was never going to show. If he didn't have the time to do it, he should have just told me from the beginning. Now I will have to pay more for someone to come in the spring to take of the fall leaves and cleanup.
