Gary and his crew did an awesome job! I highly recommended them. Professional and dedicated.

Our objective was to remove a big bathtub and replace the shower with a much larger one which included a good sized bench as well as several safety bars, two storage alcoves in the wall and a more convenient And functional placement of the shower hardware. This also included replacement of the floor tiles.

Our contractor, Gary, Ward, head of Reno Crew, provided us with several options for our bathroom renovation. After considerable helpful discussions, we agreed on a plan and price and payment schedule. Not only was he patient and very pleasant to deal with, but was sensitive to the Covid concerns we were dealing with.

Throughout the Reno period, he kept us informed of which tradesmen were to be expected, when they would arrive and what they would be doing. In every case, they were here on time, were respectful and careful and completed their work. The results are spectacular and our family and friends are now considering similar work.

Throughout the Reno, he insured that our floors and rug were protected and that there was good clean up.

Your Reno Crew was a team oriented group of professional, talented and proactive tradesmen that provided timely and precise delivery of quality workmanship. The owner Gary, is well organized and detailed in the scope of work provided in the contract so the process becomes seamless as the work progresses. We always knew what to anticipate on a day by day basis so our personal lives could go on as normal without any major interruptions. The communication between Gary and us was exceptional so we were kept informed of day to day construction activity at all times. No request was turned down as we added little extras in other areas of the home. The end result was a complete transformation from 40 year old bathrooms to new and bright bathrooms which we will be proud to show to family and friends.
