Stephan - I just want to thank you for the great waterproofing job your crew did for our basement. As you know, our area is known for basement water problems and we had a recurring problem for many years. Since the work was done 3 months ago (and with a few heavy downpours), the basement has been dry and I have been able to have it finished.
I really appreciated the way you and your team tackled the job. You were very responsive in getting the job started with 24 hours of getting the green light. Also, your crew were on the job from start to finish and I had no worries with having the job linger on. Also, when one small problem arose with the porch after the job, you were very responsive in getting Terry and his team back to fix things up quickly. I know things don't always go completely to plan and it was very comforting to Mary and I that you responded promptly and effectively to ensure that were were completely satisfied.
