Piano Inside

James and his guys did an incredible job moving an antique piano with a cast iron soundboard out of a basement up the most ridiculous set of curving, almost vertical stairs I have ever seen. We knew the piano got down there, so it had to be able to come up, but I will bet that any other company would have a) totally given up either before trying or halfway through, or b) charged at least double. I couldn't believe that not only did James and his crew get it up and out, but without damaging anything in the process. They took great care to protect the piano and the home we moved it out of, and worked their butts off to get it up the stairs. They had a positive attitude, never complained or told me it was too hard or they'd have to charge more, and completed the move completely professionally.

We called the top 4 companies listed on Homestars and the other three couldn't even be bothered to return our calls/emails, but James was prompt and courteous with his communication. I can't recommend these guys enough.
