James and his crew we extremely efficient and professional moving my piano from Niagara to Toronto and took great care to ensure it arrived in the exact condition it left (which I am very grateful for as the move involved a lot of stairs). They were excellent at providing updates on their status throughout the day and followed up with me directly to have the piano tuned post move. Getting a quote was easy and quick.
