James arrived on time; he was friendly and started to the job almost immediately. He tuned the piano efficiently and expertly. He was very helpful in explaining the technique of tuning pianos and made sure that I am aware of how often the tuning should be done. He educated me about humidity and how it affects the quality of sound. I would highly recommend his services.

The piano in right humidity level doesnt go out of tune fast
Also it reduce the chance of malfunction too
