When i first called to ask about specific details over the phone, he just brushed away my questions telling me to use the online form. When I did use it, I misunderstood the staircase content, mistaking that he wanted the number of stairways, not steps.
When I received the news that they didn't bring it to the designated place, I was emotionally upset and called him to complain.
Instead of explaining to me about the errors of my mistake, he started to pour out all sorts of "f" words and "b" words at me and hung up.
This to me was an unacceptable behaviour even though I know i've done wrong on my part and was not the best customer he could've had.
He was late by 30 minutes.
The condition of the piano is good without any scratch, so I wouldn't mind about this place's performance. But the customer service has been terrible for the two times that i had my piano moved by him. He could have called me to tell me that the form was mistaken and tell me there was more charges to be added. Very simple. Not regretting my decision to never use this company any more.

We did verbal quote over the phone before, but now we are only doing our moving contract through our online form because of the clients JUST LIKE THIS. So please be attention when you send a form to us to avoid this kind of bad experience. We don't want it neither. Here is the detail on ourside. on thursday 2017,sep,28th You asked me to move your piano on friday over the phone. we were already fully booked in our normal business hours start from 9 am. So I spared 7:30 am to pick up and persuaded my guys to come earlier than normal. and then I sent you the link to fill the form at 12:51 PM around noon. You didn't do it until 8:30 pm evening. I sent you another text message to fill the form asap if you want it next day 7:30 am and you called me again and said " I don't have a time for this can we do this over the phone?" I said "NO we can't" by 9:03 PM finally I got the information about the moving for next day 7:30 am. "it was a mistake?" Okay to help understanding who are reading this , here I will copy and paste the part of the form regarding asking about the staircase and steps and then I will continue *******Number of the steps on Pick Up ********* Please describe the detail , If there are over 5 steps.Please mention Shape of the staircase(straight , landing with turn, spiral curve), Size of the landing, Especially IF IT NEEDS A TILTING ON THE LANDING, then diagonal of the piano should be at least 10" shorter than the shortest distance between steps and ceiling over it Please add detail information for the pick up place if needed etc) whether all the access is paved or gravel or grass , staircase is covered with rubber pad = extra man power needed), "WHETHER THE HOUSE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN CHANGED !"or "THE PIANO WAS ALREADY THERE WHEN YOU MOVED INTO THE HOUSE !****************************** what was your answer to this detailed question? It was quite simple. "1" Did you even read it? So next day morning we picked the piano at 8 am which is 30 min late. on the destination end, a lady asked us to it into basement with narrow landing with 10 steps down. which was cearly surprise to us. So I showed the PDF file we receive from you also expained there will be extra charge on this extra job. and she agreed to put it into main floor whice has 5 steps on the porch with no extra charge. We putted it exactly where sho wanted and we got the payment. No issue at all. No one was upset. Happy ending.................until you called me 2:30 PM and insult me with F word. "How the Fuck did you handle this job? Why didn't you put is into basement?" so I gladly returned F word to you maybe I added more B word on it. (Believe me I'm good at it.) and hung up the phone.and did my job to serve other clients piano. 4:05 PM he sent me the quite long text message with apologize. saying "I was emotionally upset about myself and coudn't control myself and I left the bad review on here ,please erase it if I want etc etc etc." I accepted his apologize and we are cool now.
