You gave us the information that the piano is upright grand.
When we were there it was a player piano with whole mechanism in it.
When you put the information through the form before make a contract
We already mentioned it required one more person to move it with extra cost.
When I mentioned this.
You said cancel it.
We spent time and gas and labour to get there.
When you canceled it , we wasted it but didn't blame you at all even though you provided wrong information in the first place.
I think that was the best customer service that you can experience considering the situation.
Now you are blame on us for that?
There is a big difference between good customer service and being under slavery with no pride.
