My home is an apartment which has not a big elevator.
The PianoInside has very skillfully moved the upright piano through the small elevator in to my apartment. they got the piano pass the small door of my apartment safely, too. When they settled the piano in the place where I wanted in my small apartment carefully and safely, my heart and mind were filled with full of gratitude. Thanks a lot for doing a very difficult job beautifully. The PianoInside deserves the best praise!

We needed our piano moved from Thornhill to Newmarket quickly and called James. Not only was he able to move it the very next day, he gave me an extremely reasonable quote which didn't increase after the job was complete. The crew he brought with him were extremely professional and very friendly. They were careful not to damage the house or piano and were extremely efficient. I'd definitely use them again!

My piano was moved to my daughter's as the previous review mentioned. James is a not a trustworthy owner. If my piano bench was full of scratches, don't you think he would want to take more pictures to show the damage before he moved it just to cover his xxx? When my husband called him on the phone, he told my husband to sue him at the small claim court then he hung up. He should learn to deal with customers with respect and at least apologize instead of twisted the truth? Review watchers should check with Better Business Bureau as well.
