Piano Inside

The piano was moved from my parents' place to mine. Setting up and arranging the move was quick and efficient. When my parents came a few days later they noticed chips on the bench. When I called James he immediately began to yell at me - no chance for a civilized, adult discussion on the matter. He called the bench a trivial thing. Had I been told this, I would have moved it myself.
2 stars for quick and efficient set up, but 3 stars short of a raving 5 star review for being unprofessional and unapproachable. If you have an old jalopy of a piano, I guess this would be the place to go for a quick move. If you treasure your piano AND bench, look elsewhere.

James was extremely pleasant to deal with. Very prompt to both email response and phone calls and he answered all my questions. When it came time to move the piano, it was extremely quick and professionally done. Looking forward to having him tune the piano in a few weeks!

I asked James to move the piano today and I was extremely impressed with the way they moved it. They were very punctual and professional. No need to follow up. I was worried that my wood floor would get scratched up but they were very equipped with pads and covers to protect my floor. No additional cost from the quote they provided unlike other movers who will ask more after the job is done. It is a job well done. I will hire them again if I move. Don't hesitate to call.. I bought a piano through an online auction where I needed to arrange moving for the next day. I researched several companies, and "Piano Inside" had a very comprehensive website showing all the possible things that can go on with a piano including pictures, so they are interested in educating the consumer as well as doing tuning and moving. The very fair prices were all listed on their website according to pickup and drop off locations, and number of stairs, etc. The staff were gentle and thoughtful with the piano and my entryway. They were also available on short notice for the next day. Great job!
