I bought a piano this week from a neighbour just a couple of houses down the block. James and his crew arrived promptly at the pick-up/delivery time, and delivered it safely to my house. Thank you!

Without putting too fine a point on it, what follows is a rave review.

I hired James to move my standup piano from a friend's house, where it had been stored, to my house. I needed to replace a baby grand that no longer worked but was still in my house. I had had another company come look at the BG a few months back. I was advised then that the sound board was broken and that it would cost 5K to replace it. The diagnosis and proposed fix from the other company was dire s0 decided I'd save myself a bundle and just get my old stand up returned instead. I told the story to James when he got here. He took a look at the BG and diagnosed the very minor problem in about 2 seconds. The minor problem had nothing whatsoever to do with the allegedly busted sound board. He spent another 10 minutes fixing the problem ( and fixed it for considerably less than 5K - i.e., for less than $100) and advised me that I had been badly mislead by the former company. According to James, this kind of nonsense is not uncommon in his line of work. Who knew? In any case, he was very gracious and sympathetic about the whole thing. I , by contrast, was mortified. He returned the standup to my friends house for no extra charge. I was very impressed by his forthrightness and competence. I recommend this company without hesitation.

We hired this company a while back when we bought our piano. We were very happy with their service and we didn't hesitate to call them for tuning the piano this time. Another excellent service was provided and we are all happy now... will call for our next piano tuning as well. thx!!

James and his 2-man team were very professional. James was courteous to call ahead and inform us that they were running late (absolutely no problem whatsoever) and when they arrived, every effort was made to ensure my hardwood floors were protected. They even transported a large framed photo that will hang on the opposite wall of my piano. I would highly recommend Piano Inside.

James Shin delivered my upright piano to North York from a pickup in Whitby. There was a crew of three friendly guys who expertly maneuvered the piano from the street to my living room. They were quick, no damage to the piano and they protected the floors. Thank you for a great experience.

James and his team were very professional and went the extra mile. Our new piano was missing a piece from previous owners, but James used his knowdlege of pianos and improvise the piece. They take their time and don't rush to finish the job.

Procured his services in tuning and piano moving late last year, and again, to have my piano retuned (and hammer action repaired) at my new address this summer. Great service and communication. Tuner was polite and on time. Piano sounds great after. Offered feedback and answered my questions clearly. Will use again for sure. Took one hour very fast.
