Piano Inside

I had recently bought a used piano to use as a second piano in my private studio. As a pianist of 30 years experience, I am very picky about how to handle pianos. I hired James and his guys because of all the great reviews I read online and the competitive pricing as well as flexibility in scheduling. And my experience echoes everyone else's. James was so thorough and professional that there was nothing for me to do except to enjoy the newly purchased piano. I highly recommend Piano Inside!

These guys were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We called several Toronto-based piano movers prior and these guys had the most competitive price. Unlike the previous piano movers we've dealt with, these guys laid out mats right from our dining room to the front entrance and again from our patio and into our designated piano room. For the 2 steps at the front and at the rear of our house, they setup a moving ramp so no damage would be done to the steps. The guys we've dealt with in the past did not take off their shoes nor did they lay down mats.

I believe the majority of GTA piano movers will charge a flat rate regardless they need to transport to another address or it is within the same location. Piano Inside recognized this and charged us less accordingly.

I would recommend again to friends and family to use Piano Inside.

Called to inquire at noon...by 2pm, my piano was picked up from its location, delivered to my home, repaired & ready to play! James is a gentleman offering incredible customer service. Fantastic!

Very professional move and courteous moving staff. They were punctual and careful. They took before and after move photos as I was not at the pick up location. Overall I was very pleased with this service.
