A precise review of all the details a homeowner needs to know before taking possession of their new home! They located all the shut-offs for water, gas etc and put labels on all of them. They checked top to bottom; roof to the basement to make sure there were no leaks or potential problems. Photos were included with the detailed report so that all items were explained clearly. They were very approachable and understood how important it is to help you investigate and feel confident in your choice in home! You are able to follow along and ask questions on items that you'd like more details on. More than Accurate!
