Thorough but poor customer retention
Have used this company a year ago and the rates went up alot. Inspection was thorough and explained properly. Website states a discount as we are a repeat client. They took 25$ off the inspection but then did not leave the nice folder for us as they did with the previous house we had inspected. The owner said she gave us the 25$ discount instead of the folder... Would have gotten 5 stars except for the poor customer service. I am a business owner and trust me. Its the small things that count.

Thanks Kevin, I am glad that you are happy with your home inspection as that is the main focus. Although I would like to address your other concerns: Yes, our price has gone up slightly but you actually paid 3% less for this inspection compared to your first inspection because of the repeat client discount of $25. I’m sorry that I didn’t realize that the folder was that important to you, I will send you one in the mail and I will ensure that all future customers get a second folder as well, as they are quite handy. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, it is good feedback. Also the HomeStars Ranking is out of 10 not 5, we’re hoping you meant to leave an 8/10 as that equates to a 4/5 as your wording suggests. :-)
