Our inspector was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered every question we had with as much detail as possible, and provided us with good-to-know knowledge that a first time buyer needs. The inspection was very thorough, and every small issue that was discovered also came with a recommendation on how to remedy it, as well as preventative maintenance tips. They also responded to the inspection request in a very timely manner.
