Had this company do some parging work on my house in 2010. Was told the work would last at least 10 years. The very next summer the parging was cracking and dropping off the house in pieces. Called the company to report it. Was told he would come by to review and repair. Never did hear back. An unfortunate and costly experience.

Our deck posts completely lifted over the winter with interlock paving underneath. Jim and his crew supported the deck, dug new holes, fix and leveled the deck, replace and refitted all the interlock, clean up completely. Jim is reliable, courteous, and knows what he is doing. I can always count on Jim and his crew to give the best job and quick results. Thank you Jim.

In 2010, We had Jim install a second downspout from our upper roof to lower roof and down away from house! The build of our house didn’t put adequate drainage on our home, so I hired Jim to add a second downspout from both roofs of my home. Thankfully Jim notice there was cocking needed on the flashing of the roof and we had him repair that as well. We have referred him numerous times to our friends and family. So if you have any type of renovation or repair give him a call…he’s a professional!!

Jim Nelson is a real professional. His work is excellent, his communication with us was outstanding and he knew how to do anything contractor related. The paint was perfect, Jim is skilled with painting. Jim replaced some floors in 2 rooms and the rooms looked great. He also fixed a damaged popcorn ceiling and the ceiling looked brand new when he was done. Jim provided us with suggestions that were well received and the work was second to none. I would highly recommend Jim for any general contract work or painting.

After a general contractor walked off a job before Christmas 2009, leaving his tools behind and my sunroom with just the framing, windows, insulation and drafts, I was under a great deal of stress! The house was supposed to have been put up for sale in January, 2010. I was referred to Jim Nelson by a contact who knew of Jim's work.
